Making what's good, even better.
Dr. Kenneth Arsham, MD
Rhytidectomy (face lift)
Our faces can sag due to the effect of gravity, aging, loss of volume and loss of skin elasticity. Facelift surgery (Rhytidectomy surgery) can lift up the sagging face and neck and give a younger look to the face. You may benefit by facelift surgery if you have noticed any of the following changes in your face.
• A deep line, or fold, running from the corner of your nose to the corner of your mouth.
• Sagging jawline called jowls, or loss of a well-defined jawline associated with youthfulness.
• Deep wrinkles in the cheeks and sagging of the "highlight" areas of the cheekbones.
• Loose skin, wrinkles, vertical "cords" or excess fatty tissue in the neck.
